  • Germinators are useful for seed testing, biological studies, forestry research works etc.
  • With the solid double walled door, a full view inner plexi-glass door enables inspection of specimens inside the chamber without disturbing the process temperature.
  • The excellent quality of magnetic gum packing for the external door.
  • User-oriented design of shelves makes you adjust each space of shelves without difficulty.
  • With forced air circulation at triple walled back, it maintains optimum uniformity of distribution of temperature.
  • High grade Polyurethane Foam (PUF) insulation between outer and inner chamber for minimal thermal losses.
  • Caster wheel mounted exterior cabinet is made of steel sheet duly powder coated.
  • Inner chamber and trays are made of stainless steel sheet (SS-304 grade).
  • Front double walled door is provided with lock and key arrangement.
  • Door operated illumination lamp is fitted inside the chamber for easy visibility.
  • FINNED TUBE EVAPORATOR for uniform and faster cooling effects.
  • Temperature range 5°C to 60°C controlled with an accuracy of ±1°C.
  • Safety thermostat to prevent overheating.

  • Humidity (NOT ADJUSTABLE) is created in a S.S. water reservoir fitted at the bottom to provide 90% to 95% ±3%RH.
  • Supplied complete with 6 or 8 or 14 (as per ordered capacity) adjustable perforated trays made of stainless steel.
  • Supplied with THREE STEP AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE STABILIZER for safety of compressor.
  • Fitted with ELECTRONIC DIGITAL VOLTMETER.
  • Supply: 220/230 volts AC (50/60 Hz frequency).

  • Besides the specifications of our standard model Seed Germinator MSW-123, these models are fitted with MICROPROCESSOR BASED TEMPERATURE-HUMIDITY CONTROLLER CUM DATA LOGGER in lieu of MICROPROCESSOR BASED DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER.
  • Exterior illumination arrangement is provided as a standard feature.
  • Humidity is controlled through sophisticated steam injection process.
  • Controller-cum-Data Logger is housed in compact DIN ENCLOSURE to control/stimulate different conditions of temperature, humidity and light as per various set values and real time clock.

    16x2 line (32 characters) alphanumeric backlit LCD Display.
    Membrane keyboard with tactile feedback.
     Data (temperature, humidity and light levels) storage upto 1000     readings.
    Programmable time interval from 0-99 minutes.
    Real Time Clock.
    Watchdog timer.
    Audio/visual alarm for temperature deviations from set values.
    Temperature Sensors: PT-100 (Resolution 0.1°C)
     Program lock to avoid any changes in control parameters.

  • Controller-cum-Data Logger is housed in compact DIN ENCLOSURE to control/stimulate different conditions of temperature, humidity and light as per various set values and real time clock.
