  • Light weight with ceramic fibre wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation).
  • Outer casing is made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. sheet, duly painted.
  • Heating elements are made of KANTHAL “A-1” wire.
  • Backed by high temperature cerwool insulation, which avoids loss of energy.
  • Temperature is controlled through Microprocessor Based PID Temperature Indicator-cum-Controller
  • Maximum Temp. is 1000° C and working temp 900° C.
  • For models of higher temperature the maximum temp. is 1200° C and working temp. 1150°C.
  • Units with maximum working range upto 900°C are fitted with wound muffle.
  • Units with maximum working range upto 1150°C are fitted with coil type heaters embedded in grooved refractory for supporting the heating elements on four sides.
  • To work on 220/230 volts or 400/440 volts A.C.

  1. AUTO TIME CONTROL UNIT: Specially designed MICROPROCESSOR BASED PID DIGITIAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR-cum-controller with an in-built DIGITAL TIMER to control the temperature from 50°C to 900°C(±1°C) or 1000°C(±1°C) or 1150°C (±1°C) (as ordered). Once the unit is switched ‘ON’ heating starts automatically and once the set/desired value is achieved the in-built AUTOMATIC DIGITAL MINUTE TIMER starts automatically. Once this set time period is over the heaters are switched “OFF” automatically and the unit sounds a BUZZER, thus alerting the user that process is complete. To cost extra, in lieu of MICROPROCESSOR based PID Digital Temperature Controller.

  • Electrically heated, Chamber type Furnace using SILICON CARBIDE HEATING ROD TYPE element. Maximumtemperature upto 1500°C and working temperature upto 1400°C for continuous run. Along with fully Automatic Thyristorized Power Control System.
  • HEATING CHAMBER : 150 mm(W) X 150 mm(H) X 300 mm (D)
  • HEATING ELEMENT : Suitable for uniform heating.
  • LOCATION THYRISTOR POWER DRIVE : Phase Angle control Thyristor Power drive. Along with voltage/current control and limit facility.
  • POWER SUPPLY: Input Supply- 230V AC, 50Hz.
  • TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER CUM INDICATOR: Automatic Microprocessor Digital PID Temperature Controller or PROFILE DIGITAL MICROCONTROLLER, Microprocessor based input Sensor:-Thermocouple of temperature range 400°C to 1400°C. Output to 5V DC control output for SCR drive.
  • THERMOCOUPLE : Input Sensor:- Pt.Pt./Rh 30% Type “B” with Recrystalized alumina sheath & connecting holder complete set.
  • TRANSFORMER : Air cooled type step down Transformer, suitable for Thyristor Drive .
  • THERMAL INSULATION : For thermal efficiency in hot face SUPER REFRACTORY and of appropriate grade and low heat capacity.
  • CONSTRUCTION : Floor Model Type) Rugged body; height of the door from the floor is approx 4.5 feet with steel stand. Swing aside door, manually operated front side of the furnace.
  • COOLING FAN/AIR CIRCULATION : Attached with Furnace. Provided inside the control unit to protect COSTLY COMPONENT .
