  • Mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame the inner chamber is made of thick stainless steel and outer of mild steel duly powder coated.
  • Fitted with compressor for effective cooling.

  • Temperature range from 50° to 90° C or from ambient to -20° C (as ordered) is controlled by Microprocessor Based Digital Temp. Indicator - cum - Controller with an accuracy of ± 0.2°C.
  • A high speed stirrer is fitted to maintain temperature uniformity.
  • The lid of bath is insulated double walled, fixed with hinges and is provided with locking arrangements.

  • Compact stirring device utilizing a rotating magnetic field.
  • Magnetic field is created by a PERMANENT MAGNET which induces variable speed stirring action.
  • Stirring is accomplished by means of small teflon rotor, which when placed in the liquid to be stirred is capable of rotation by magnetic field applied from below the container.

 AUTO TIME CONTROL UNIT : Specially designed MICROPROCESSOR BASED PID DIGITIAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR-cum-controller with an in-built DIGITAL TIMER to control the temperature from ambient to 95°C (+1°C). Once the unit is switched ‘ON’ heating starts automatically and once the set/desired value is achieved the In-built AUTOMATIC DIGITAL MINUTE TIMER starts automatically. Once this set time period is over the heaters are switched “OFF” automatically and the unit sounds a BUZZER, thus alerting the user that process is complete. To cost extra, in lieu of Microprocessor Based PID Temperature Indicator- cum- Controller.

  • Based on the rotating disc-splash plate principal.

  MSW-519 CADVEROUS INJECTOR “MAC”
 
  • Unit is fitted with one air compressor and a 1 / 2 H.P. motor which is connected with a S.S. tank of 10-litre capacity.
  • The tank is meant for storing and injecting the formaldehyde solution in Cadverous at much higher speed than normal gravity process.
  • Tank is fitted with a safety valve, pressure gauge and rubber tubing having provision for injection.
  • Fully covered unit mounted on four castor wheels for easy movement.
