MSW-193 DISTILLATION APPARATUS ALL GLASS (ELECTRICALLY HEATED) “MAC”

The assembly consists of a corning glass flasks with embedded heating elements fused in spiral with type glass coil internally at bottom.
A double wall coiled condenser has standard ground glass joints.
Complete with glass fitting, metallic stand, rings clamps and electrical fittings.
The unit supplied is as per NPL patent design.
Supplied with LOW WATER LEVEL CUT-OFF DEVICE for general safety of the heating element.

To work on 220/230 volts A.C. Supply.

MSW-194 QUARTZ DISTILLATION APPARATUS “MAC”
(with automatic low water cut-off device)

The water distillate obtained from Quartz Single/Double Distillation apparatus is beyond compare with water distillate obtained from other types/method of distillation apparatus.
Compact design with all contact of water with High Pure Electronic Grade Transparent Quartz only.
The main constituent of Quartz is SiO2>99.9%, which makes the apparatus highly resistant to any thermal shock, divitrification and resistant to water and acids.
The coil type heaters of high class nichrome wire are embedded in Electronic Grade transparent pure fused Quartz Tubes.
The unit is supplied with metallic stand, electrical fittings, and Automatic cut-off device for safety of heaters.
The distillate obtained from this apparatus is PYROGEN FREE, it is also free from metal ions.

The unit is recommended for making pyrogen free distilled water of a very high degree of purity.
Made out of stainless steel. (SS-304 grade)
The cock fitted to the unit is brass C.P.
A wall-mounting clamp is provided with the unit but without rubber tubing.
SS-304 GRADE ARGON ARC WELDED.
Supplied with cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply.

MSW-197 WATER STILL (TABLE PATTERN-BARNSTEAD TYPE) “MAC”
(ARGON ARC WELDED)

Double walled construction with inner and outer chamber made of stainless steel.
The gap in between being filled with glass wool.
The condenser and top are also made of stainless steel.

A free standing unit capable of producing pyrogen free distilled water as per IP/BP standards.
All contact parts are made of S.S. Mounted on a sturdy MS tubular stand.
